A cylindrical log of soft pasteurised cheese with white mould coat and distinctive flavour. Manufactured from goat's milk. Presented unwrapped and uncovered on base with plastic straw supports. Some desiccation (weight loss) will occur. Alternative mould ripened goats log produced in Spain.
